Buil Film Awards, a South Korean film awards ceremony. It debuted in 1958 as one of the country’s first film awards. It was the largest film awards event in the Busan region during the 1950s and 1960s, and it was held yearly until 1973. When the film business lost its attraction owing to government restrictions and the booming television sector, the event went on hiatus for 34 years, from 1974 to 2007.
