City of the Rising Sun is a 1999 South Korean film about two friends in their mid-twenties, Hong-ki and Do-chul, who are dealing with life in late-nineties Korea. Do-chul is played by Jung Woo-sung, while Hong-ki is played by Lee Jung-jae.
